Evaluation of Reconstruction Potential for Low-Production Vertical Wells of CBM in the Southern Qinshui Basin

چکیده

Production practice has shown that not all low-production coalbed methane (CBM) wells can be reconstructed into high-production through secondary stimulation, so it is necessary and timely to establish an evaluation index system, form method, evaluate the reconstruction potential of wells. Based on development CBM in southern Qinshui Basin, this paper analyzes influencing factors low production vertical from aspects coal rock reservoir conditions, drilling completion engineering, drainage engineering. It proposed should focus quality resources, difficulty desorption diffusion, degree damage reservoirs caused by initial stimulation. Twelve parameters, including gas content, saturation, pressure gradient, critical desorption–reservoir ratio, permeability, were systematically selected as indicators, grading reference values for each indicator comparatively given. Then, a multi-factor comprehensive method based gray correlation analysis was established. The divided three levels: high, medium, low. When reconstructing wells, recommended prioritize with high potential, followed those medium while are reconstruction. Finally, used five block, suggestions order levels well
